I live in NY, and had to sell my mom's house after she unexpectedly passed. It was a very difficult time and task for me. I was referred to Susan by a local friend who knew recent customers of hers who were very pleased with how their sale went. Susan was attentive right from the start and continued to be the same way all the way through to the closing. She went over and above what she needed to do to help me with the details involved in a long distance and emotional sale, including meeting repair people for estimates, being present for needed repairs, assisting with resources to pass on furniture and being present for each aspect of it, which was a huge help to me living so far away. She also maintained a very good email, text, and phone communication with me at all times right from the start of the listing whether for showings, recent sales/listing activity going on in the area, updating me with how the sale was progressing, she was always right on top of everything.
