I met with Rob to discuss a home purchase in the surrounding Englewood area for a future retirement location. Rob was very knowledgeable of the area residing there for over 18yrs. and is an avid boater with great knowledge of the waterways and boating. My focus was on a waterfront home with quick intracoastal access. Rob provided various locations with the pros and cons of each location. The fact that Rob was a full time realtor was important to me as I felt he would be helping me full time trying to find that dream home. He also had great contacts such as home inspection, handyman and other household services. I felt Rob had my best interest in mind with the house hunting process. I would highly recommend Rob whether you are purchasing or selling.

Rob was amazing to work with. We were buying a house in Florida and we are in NC. We found Rob and boy were we lucky. We told him what we were looking for and scheduled a weekend to fly down and look. He had a number of listings for us to look at. He spent all day with us on Saturday and Sunday to help with our schedule. He took care of every question or issue we had. He made us feel like we were his only client. Even after we bought our house. He even called to make sure everything f was good and there we were happy. He will be the only realtor I ever use.
