We had a great experience working with Daralyn. She was recommended by a family member and came through for selling my mom’s house. From day one she was positive and professional about getting the properties sold and communicated daily on what was going on as far as showings and offers. House and lot properties went pending in nine days! Daralyn made sure we didn’t settle listening to our needs, making sure we were comfortable with what we wanted at the end for my mom. Terri was a wonderful person to work with throughout the ordeal of finding a house and losing the first one then finding a second house that was a complex deal to close. She went out of her way to monitor the closing progress and keep us updated. Her knowledge of the local area was phenomenal and she went out of her way to bring the property up to standards that it wasn't currently at. We appreciate all that she did for us.

I felt very safe and well taken care of during my home search with Daralyn. She is extremely knowledgeable and often pointed out aspects of homes I was visiting that I would not have considered. I learned a lot from her. She also kept me well informed about the current housing market. I felt she was looking after my best interests and protecting me from exploitation. If I contacted her with a question or to obtain information, she responded promptly. As a first time home buyer, she carefully guided me through the process once I had selected the home I wished to purchase.
