Kathy was always cheerful and professional in spite of several setbacks - missing permits, buyers cancelling sale, insect infestation. Kathy stepped up to every challenge by personally making sure the problem was solved. The result was a successful sale in spite of serious problems that could have negated the sale. I would recommend Kathy because she was determined to sell our property and backed up that determination with action.

Wayne went above and beyond in selling my house. I had already moved out of the area so he checked on my house to make sure there were no problems. This also included keeping the pool filled and just making sure it was kept in good condition.
