A few days later we found a property that we were seriously considering. She went through the property and gave us guidance as to what offer to make; she was very helpful in the offer/negotiation process as there was a competing offer made at the same time. With her help we were able to obtain the property. Because of covid we did this online; she did a facetime walk-thru of the property for us and also did a final walk-thru.
