from start to finish Rob was exemplary, He definitely knows the ins and outs of selling and purchasing. Rob was with us every step of the way from putting our house on the market to closing both houses. Preparing for the sale to moving was a breeze with his guidance. He was extremely helpful in getting the seller of the home we purchased to extend the closing date to help us in our sale. His demeanor was totally professional every step of the way. His advice and expertise was invaluable on both ends of selling and purchasing and all this was done unbelievably in record time. We have bought and sold many houses of which the agent was almost non existent. Rob is the only agent I would use in the future and I would recommend him highly to any potential buyer or seller.

We were contacted by Elizabeth after expressing interest in a property in Rotonda West; she provided the information we had requested. A few days later we found a property that we were seriously considering. She went through the property and gave us guidance as to what offer to make; she was very helpful in the offer/negotiation process as there was a competing offer made at the same time. With her help we were able to obtain the property. Because of covid we did this online; she did a facetime walk-thru of the property for us and also did a final walk-thru. She was excellent in her timely communication and went out of her way to help us complete the transaction. We definitely would recommend using her to either buy or sell a property.
