We have now sold two houses and bought three with Heike.

A real estate agent who keeps an eye on everything and would never sell anyone a house unless she was 100% convinced. She reacts quickly herself and always has a solution for every issue. If I could give it 10 stars, I would do so immediately.

Excellent,caring and smooth process

Heike listened to what we wanted . She picked the perfect home and location in the Del Web community. She also sold our home in Twin Lakes quickly. She is very knowledgeable and fair. We would highly recommend her if your selling or buying a home. She treats you like family.

Outstanding Professionalism, Honest and Kind

My husband and I have sold several homes, but this sale, working with Heike was the best experience by far. She was so knowledgeable about our community and our market. She was honest and helpful in helping us to price our home at just the right price. We sold the house in a week! I appreciated her attention to detail. She was always on top of everything, I never had to ask her for anything, she always had everything under control. She walked us through the entire process, she was patient and kind. Wonderful Person!

Linda makes the experience very easy, she is on top of everything. Her knowledge of the market and home much the area is selling for, she was dead on! Linda’s communication with us was great, she would keep us in the loop of what was going on with the property. She would give us advice on what she was seeing and hearing about buyers about our home. Linda is more than professional, she is caring, knowledgeable, she is on top of everything we have to sign, and explains everything so we can understand the process. I’m so glad she has been on our side in buying our home and selling our smaller home. I can honestly say that we consider her our friend! Thank again for all you have done for all of us!
