Greg also helped tremendously in dealing with the builder and the lender which can be a very daunting task for a first time home buyer, but because Greg was there to assist we never had to sweat it. Was very impressed with Gregg. After we signed the contract.....he ran with it and sold the unit within a week. We are 150 miles from this home and he went out of his way to take care of all the details for closing. No trips back for us he did it all. He made selling of our unit a pleasure and he was very professional and though In all details of the sale. Wish we had more property for him to sale. Great experience.

Choosing Jan Mairn as our Realtor was the best decision we’ve made throughout our whole home selling process. Jan was knowledgeable about the market and all of the references she had made for us (i.e. home photographer, etc) were as amazing as she was. We followed her guidance and knowledge and not only did we get top dollar for our home (actually, way more than we ever fathomed to get), but she navigated multiple offers with the first weekend and it sold extremely quickly.
