As first-time homebuyers, my wife and I could not have asked for a better agent. Greg helped us find the perfect home, in the perfect location, at the perfect price. He was timely and flexible when showing us houses during a period when there was not a lot of inventory to ensure that we had a shot at any house that met our search criteria. With every house, Greg explained how his experience in property management helped him find flaws in homes that could ultimately cost us money post close. Greg continued to shine once we put an offer in on the home we ultimately closed on. He was professionally patient with an objectively difficult seller and worked diligently with the seller's agent to make sure the house was in the best possible condition before closing on the home. He had several contacts for the home inspection and any post close projects we wanted to start. He even guided us through all of the steps needed to arrive at close from the big things like making sure that our mortgage was coming along, to even small things like reminding us to turn on the water with the county (something we never thought of as first-time homebuyers.) I found Mr. Pull to be trustworthy, efficient, personable, and dedicated to finding the best buyers for my parents' property. Mr. Pull worked closely with myself and my parents, and helped them clearly understand the process and paperwork. Mr. Pull assisted with facilitating the move, house cleaning, and estate sale. COVID safety protocols were always maintained by Mr. Pull and potential buyers, so in-person contact was kept to a minimum—especially important as my parents are elderly. My only wish is that Mr. Greg Pull was out here in California when I am buying my own home.

Greg Pull was the Realtor who went above and beyond for me.
