Mike came as a referral from a friend and we could not have been happier with the referral. Mike knows more about real estate than anyone I know. He was able to help guide us through this process and made one of the most stressful life decisions one of the most painless and enjoyable I have ever been through. Greg went beyond expectations in assisting us with the sale of my home which I acquired by my sister's death. I live out of state and he treated this home as his own when it came to getting 3 bids each for a roof leak repair and an electrical box upgrade. He, also, arranged for the last of the furniture to be picked up by a charity organization. Before the 2 hurricanes he was there to make sure all that was possible was done and, after, he promptly went over to check on the house. He was always cheerful and uplifting and looking out for my best interests. It was such a pleasure to have him as my realtor and I will definitely be telling others to choose him for any home sales.

Michael handed so many different aspects of getting my house sold. From termite inspection, getting the yard cleaned up, meeting the inspector and helping stage the home. It went under contract in 4 hours. He kept me posted to every step of the closing process. Great communication and such an amazing human being!

I'm brand new to the area and worked with Greg to find a home for me as well as other homes for investment. Greg went above and beyond to help me learn about all the different areas / neighborhoods and was always patient in answering my many many questions. He's also extremely attentive and got showings set-up on short notice, which is really important in a competitive environment. I'm really busy with work and Greg often was able to stand in for or accommodate me.
