Trying to do a closing in NC and get all the required forms and inspections in Florida was unbelievably stressful, but Mary keep us on track, helped us when we could not get down there, dealt with my daughter to complete tasks we needed to get done. We are truly glad we had Marsha on our team. She did the research necessary to list our house at the right price. We questioned how high the price was but decided she knew better than us. In the end the house sold for more than the listed price. We really liked that she hired a professional photographer. The pictures showed our actual house, unlike some of the other houses we have seen for sale.
