Wow just wow! I am completely over the moon grateful that we decided to use Bryan and Gary for our first home purchase. As first time homebuyers we were pretty much lost on how to navigate this crazy market. It felt overwhelming and to be honest down right impossible. Bryan was highly recommended to us by a good friend and we decided to meet him for coffee. From one meeting my husband and I both had this huge sense of relief. We could tell Bryan new his stuff and would be our best chance at making serious offers to purchase a home. From that point on, Bryan and Gary were extremely responsive via text/call/email. Always available to show us homes within 24 hours. Which if you know this market, can be the difference between you getting the home and not. When we found “the one”, Bryan was on it. Turning in our offer asap and explaining to us exactly what would be needed to be the offer the seller would take. Our first home we put an offer on the seller chose us. From that point Bryan and Gary both were there everyday calling us with updates. There were a couple bumps in the road that the seller had to take care of but Bryan was going up for bat for us each time. Helping us to get the best deal for our buck. Long story short, Bryan and Gary were phenomenal to work with from beginning to end. I would high recommend them both to anyone buying or selling a home. If your searching…stop!
