Kristen went above and beyond helping us find our perfect “ retirement” dream home. She was actually our son’s realtor. I flew down to help him and his new wife purchase their first home. I was so impressed with Kristen helping first time buyers find their perfect home. While I was there, I casually mentioned to Kristen that Jim and I were looking to retire within the year and had the “ Orlando” area on our list. She immediately took time to show me homes the next two days . ☺️ I did not find what we were looking for then, but within a day of me returning to TN, she found a home that she thought would be exactly what we wanted. We were able to FaceTime with her and I was on a plane back to Orlando area the next day. The house was perfect! Kristen was engaged throughout the whole process, from finding the home to closing. Since we were out-of-state, she was in constant communication. Her positive and professional demeanor made this house buying experience seemless and fun! We actually became friends because she truly cares about people and not just the sale. My husband and I recommend anyone moving to the Orlando area to choose Kristen!
