A plus realtor

Mike’s ability to adapt to the situation helped me find my house, even while overseas.
In the middle of the house hunting process I had to go overseas, instead of just waiting, Mike helped me the whole time. That meant going to places I was curious about and doing virtual tours, contacting the agents to ensure that VA loans were accepted, and being there with the inspectors. Without his ability to adapt to the situation, I wouldn’t have snagged the amazing house I’m in.

Willing and able to do what it takes!
As soon as we contacted Cesar about our interest in buying a home in Lake County, he started working for us right away. He literally was knocking on doors in the neighborhoods we liked the next day! Every single house that matched our criteria he was touring (and sending videos) before we even knew that they were for sale on Zillow, Realtor.com etc. Without him we never would have been able to snag our "perfect house" in this crazy sellers' market! We closed the deal same-day and left all the other potential buyers high and dry. Sorry for them, happy for us!
