Josh and his coagents were great to deal with while selling my parents house. Being 1200 miles away made this challenging for us, when nature came a calling. After a hurricane Josh and Cheryl work very hard to help us locate a local person that could clean up the after affects, for a reasonable price as well. They would also keep an eye on the landscaping and due to issues with the company we had with our landscaper quiting the business, helped us locate help to handle the landscaping. During one of the potential sales some issues popped up over the holidays, but Josh found us a great company to handle the issues in a. Extremely timely fashion for a more than fair price.
