I would definitely work with him again and recommend Marc to anyone that was selling or buying.After talking to Marc Davis on the first day he came to my house I knew right away he was the one I wanted to go with. He sat down with me and provided professional staging advice on the preparation of the photo's being done. On February 5th I sign the contract the next day all photo's were done and the sign went up the following day. By the 11th of February my house was sold for the asking price. Marc Davis did a awesome job for me plus having a lower commission was great. I was very pleased to have Marc for my realtor. He was there for me on any questions I had plus explaining everything step by step to me on how things were going. You could call or text and he would always get back to you right away. In my book he is number 1 realtor. Anyone would be crazy not to get in touch with Marc whether you are buying or selling a house. Great guy to work with!!

Marc and Debra made the enormous task of moving our mother out of her home to an assisted living apartment 135 miles away so much easier. We simply moved her personal items and a small amount of furniture to her new place. All of the rest of her belongings were sold in an estate sale. They also handled cleaning the house and carpet before staging and selling the home. They kept us informed every step of the way and went out of their way to be there for us. They presented us with a market analysis and with their experience we were able to sell the house very quickly. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. With this team you can't go wrong!!
