Nina is awesome. She is knowledgeable, friendly and works incredibly hard to make the process smooth throughout. In a strange sequence of events we ended up selling 2 properties and buying one all in a six week window. At every turn Nina had our paperwork complete and meeting deadlines. There was an obvious difference in Nina and her team versus the agents on the other end. I have a family with 4 kids and Nina is incredibly kid to them as well. She will meet you anywhere, answer your call anytime and maintains an appropriate level of communication. I would absolutely recommend Nina and would trust her again in the future! A great agent.

My husband passed away and I was needing to sell my home. Nina came to my house on the weekend to meet my adult children who had flown in to help with the sale. She not only was spot on with their and my thinking about the market value and condition of my house, but she had a professional photographer who took high quality photos inside and out within a couple of days. Nina knows the area and has recently sold homes in the subdivision and surrounding area at top dollar. Due to her expert abilities and contacts, I had over 30 hits within a couple of hours and 7 people requesting a showing that morning.
