My experience with Kiley was just that nothing but amazing. From the first call to the day of closing. Kiley was on the job available for me for any questions showings everything. The first day I received Kiley's number I was so impatient it was raining, and I wanted to view a home. I contacted two realtors before Kiley and they both wanted to schedule me 2 days later. I contacted my niece because she ranted about her house buying experience with Kiley that I decided to call Kiley. I called Kiley and four hours later we were in Ocala viewing homes. I didn't want to do a long drive, so I decided to look at homes in a different area. Kiley yet again receives a call from me for a home that just went on the market again she drove down two hours later because I was not in town, and she facetime me for the showing and I fell in love that the next day I drove up to see it and made an offer. Kiley has been so amazing not just on the offer it goes beyond that she was there for my inspector, she worked with my lender's countless days no matter the time. Needless to say, our home buying process was like no other, but Kiley always gave me the don't worry we got this speech and gave me the faith I needed to keep going until the day of close. I have to say if you are going to choose a realtor choose someone you can trust and who will really be there and cares about people to help them find their forever home choose Kiley trust me you won't regret it. I’ve worked with Nina on three different occasions…1) purchase my current home. 2) purchase a lot. 3) sell my lot. I feel blessed that she had spoken to the only person I knew in Ocala and gave my friend her card. My friend forwarded to me and we were on our way to finding me a home…I ended up building and I absolutely love my home. There was NEVER a phone call that I made that she either answered the call right then or that she did not followup ASAP. She is extremely familiar with this area and with procedures and protocols when purchasing and selling. That makes clients feel confident in her abilities.
