I’ve worked with Nina on three different occasions…1) purchase my current home. 2) purchase a lot. 3) sell my lot. I feel blessed that she had spoken to the only person I knew in Ocala and gave my friend her card. My friend forwarded to me and we were on our way to finding me a home…I ended up building and I absolutely love my home. I came to Nina in a crunch. I had to sell my home in a short time as I was buying another. The urgency of the situation didn't phase Nina one bit. She advised me on prepping my home for listing, found a professional cleaning service, had a photographer come in, and swiftly listed my home. I was blown away by how my home looked and how the listing turned out. It was not long after listing that offers came in, but the first few unfortunately fell through.
