This was my first home I sold and it nonetheless, but bittersweet to say the least. Kiley and Nate are very dear to my heart. I could never put into words how grateful and/or how thankful I am for the both of them, They made my HOME selling experience painless, though it wasn’t the easiest decision for myself but Kiley and Nate knew and was very much considerate and supportive. I was and will always be deeply honored to have them as my friends and the best real estate agents in town on my side. The passion and love they have for our Community and people is huge. They not only put together a team that will deliver professionalism and honesty it’s the love and dedication to each and everyone. Ps; I could go on and on about how they helped me with mowing my grass and paint things and even help stage my home and get professional pictures taken. Excellent communication and a desire to sell!
Working with Kiley and Nate to purchase our Florida home while relocating from New York was an absolutely seamless experience. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful long-distance move feel smooth and manageable. After we spent time in person meeting with home builders and narrowing down what we were looking for, we returned to New York to prepare for the move. That’s when she truly went above and beyond. She scheduled video calls and walked us through homes in real time, paying close attention to details we might have missed and answering every question we had along the way. She took her time during each showing, pointing out layout flow, finishes, neighborhood surroundings, and even small things like natural lighting at different times of day. Buying a home “unseen” requires an incredible amount of trust, and we felt completely confident putting that trust in her. She was honest, transparent, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. Whether it was quick updates, builder coordination, paperwork, or inspections, she kept us informed every step of the way and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Her responsiveness and professionalism made all the difference, especially while managing everything from out of state. We always felt like a priority, and she truly advocated for us as if it were her own home purchase. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and absolutely recommend her to anyone — especially those navigating a long-distance move. She made buying our Florida home from New York not only possible, but genuinely enjoyable.
