Nina was our buyers agent 3 years ago when we bought our house, and she just sold our house in a pretty short amount of time for this current slow market. From start to finish, listing to sold, she remained professional and positive, and offered her knowledge and expertise whenever we asked for guidance. Nina is like a cheerleader because her positive outlook kept our hopes up even when things didn’t go as planned, and she always had faith that everything would work out, and it did! We sold for over asking during the slowest real estate season of the year! I never had to wonder what was going on during closing, as she always updated us as soon as anything happened. Overall, if I wasn’t moving 1000 miles away, Nina would be our agent again as we purchase another home!
