This was the second time I worked with Kelly as my real estate agent. The first time I was a buyer, this time I was a reluctant but necessary seller. Kelly helped me focus, helped me make critical decisions to help myself in this process, and prepared me for potential next steps. Candace helped my husband and I buy our first house together. I could tell from the start we were in good hands. She worked hard to get us the house we wanted at the price we wanted. Her dedication and communication made a huge difference. She even made sure that the previous owners replaced the hot water heater which was extremely old. Without her, we would not be living in this beautiful home. We are very thankful she was our agent and we would recommend her service.
