Maria helped me weed out any bad choices of homes I was looking at reminding me of what I was important for me. Once I did find a house that was of interest, Maria swiftly did her research and advised accordingly on how to make an offer. I leaned on her professional guidance and was able to purchase my first home in a smooth transaction. All the steps were explained to me in a way I could understand. Top notch service. I wish there were more than five stars to give Jim! He is the most professional and kind real estate agent that I have met. I would highly recommend him to all those who are looking to buy a home or looking to sell their home. He is very understanding, patient, Accommodating, and just a great all around human being. I first started off with the agent who was hired to sell my property. Later on during the process, I found that she was not a good fit to complete the task. Jim came into the picture and gave 110% of his time and effort to get my home in North Carolina sold while I was in Tennessee.
