My first impression of Tina was that she has a bubbly personality, she's energetic, she's relatable and she's eager to get you where you want to be. To be sure that our home was represented accurately, Tina used a professional photographer which I thought was so important. Tina stayed in contact throughout the whole process. When we had questions, we felt completely comfortable calling or texting her. Tina thinks about the process from the buyer's or the seller's perspective and she would always be thinking ahead. I lived out of state and Michelle worked with me by sending me homes to review. Any questions I had about a house she found the answers for me. One house had a shared well. Michelle found out if the house could be hooked up to the city water and what the cost would be. Once I had a few houses that I liked, she took my son to look at them. I then had one house that I really liked (and my son likes) but I did not want to buy it would out someone else looking to. My father (who was a contractor) went down and Michelle took him to the house to look over. About a month later was the first time I could go down and Michelle met me at the house so that I see what I was buying. Michelle ended up taking three different family member to this house. This is the house I ended up getting. She even worked with me and my son to do the walk-through.

Phillip went beyond the normal scope of duty as a real estate agent. I was out of country and he was going through a lot of issues in his personal life during this transaction, but he was always available via phone and email. He was there all the inspections we had and arranged every stuff I wanted to do. He also helped me to buy my new home and both of closings happened within 10 days. It was really a perfect situations Phillip helped me. I don't consider him as just an agent, I think of him as a great friend.
