John is the Broker-Co-owner and has been with North Manatee Realty for over 27 years and previously was in the farm equipment business. Today, John sells homes, farms, ranches, citrus groves and other large acreage properties as with developers looking to create subdivisions and golf courses. John has developed his agricultural knowledge into a service to growers in managing the acreage for out of State owners and maintaining their water permitting needs. John and Barbara are both active in church and various other community service organizations. The parents of six children and 6 grandchildren. John is a sixth generation Floridian from this area and knows this area quiet well.
