To tell you the truth the house was under contract within hours after going on the MLS listing and the sign was never put up. The company that was suppose to do it never did. In fact some of my neighbors asked me when are you going to put your house up on the market and I told them I had a contract with hours of it being listed and was closing on the 21st. Bethany reported this to the company as it appears that there have been problems using this company which means it could have been good advertising if the sign had been up because people would have seen that the house was sold immediately. I felt that Bethany understood my needs and would have my best interest at heart. She was thorough explaining the policies and options I had and in helping me make decisions regarding getting my home ready to go on the market. She discussed the pricing of the home and told me that she felt the price was in a good range that buyers were looking to spend etc. She also gave me input when I asked her opinion regarding installing new flooring, painting etc. Bethany is very pleasant at all times and was always willing to help me in any way she could. She was always available, if and when I contacted her and made the whole process a wonderful experience. The fact that I was under contract within hours only after it was listed on the MLS listing was awesome. She knew I am planning to go on a much needed trip and would be out of the country in another day and did whatever she could to see that the closing could take place before I leave. Excellent customer service! Bethany is a great asset to your company! She knows her job, explains things thoroughly and instills confidence that she will do everything within her power to sell the property with the least amount of stress to me. I appreciate the relationship that Berkshire Hathaway has with the title company - Capstone and the wonderful way that the closing was handled.
