I heard about Bethany from a very good friend who highly recommended her. From the first moment I spoke with Bethany over the phone she was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. We where looking to rent for a year then purchase a home once we learned the area, we where from out-of-state. Since we had very little time to find a rental Bethany even helped us since we where going to rent sight unseen. Once in Florida, she would check with us to make sure everything was going well and then we finally got to meet her. Bethany was even more pleasant in person. Just the right balance of professionalism but yet welcoming and warm. At that meeting, she not only talked to us about our wishes for a house but also talked to us about the area and things to do. Some of the places she talked about has become our favorites. Once we started to look for houses Bethany was always quick and very knowledgeable. After looking at many homes over a few months she helped us to find our new home. We love it! The best part of the whole process was not only gaining a realtor but gaining a friend. This woman works MAGIC!!!!!!!! Bethany Mis is extremely knowledgeable and knows what her buyers want and finds the most BEAUTIFUL homes that are current on the market! She was awesome with working with my crazy work scheduling and everyday agenda. My father also purchased this home with me and is extremely picky about what he wants. That didn’t phase her at all and she found EXACTLY what we wanted and what we were looking for. She was very reachable and had very clear communication in where we were in the process. She had a large selection of referrals for places to go for things needed for the house. To anyone out there friends or family i will be definitely recommending Bethany, we went to her after working with 3 other realtors who were looking more into their comission then what we needed. I love the fact that when we spoke to Bethany we explained our expectations, our strict budget and the fact that we have worked with other realtore who didnt work out, but that did not discourage her at all, we received nothing but he best and i really apreciate that. Something that stood out to me about Bethany is the fact that she is mot scared at all to be the bad guy for you, she will fight for you, she pays alot of attention to detail and when something is kot right she will co tact who she needs to to make it right, she was on it before i realized it. Overall a really Awesome experience, i thank her tremendously and will DEF use her again and refer her to anyone i know. Oh and will ALWAYS answer you or call you RIGHT back. The best, Bethany you rock!!!
