I don't even know where to begin! Our situation is not the norm as we were looking for a multi-generational home. Bethany took time to set clear expectations for me and my family, and made sure she understood exactly what we were needing, so we didn't look at homes that didn't meet our needs and / or were outside of our price range. Despite it taking 5 months to find a home, she never pressured or rushed us in to making a decision. While the market shifted, she made sure to inform us of what was changing so we could adjust our expectations. You can tell she really loves what she does, and greeted us with a smile every time we met to look at a home. There were several times when I wasn't sure I wanted to make an offer, and Bethany helped me weigh the pros and cons, and to see the big picture. She took the time to really get to know me and my family to help us make the right decision for us. Her knowledge far exceeds that of a realtor, and even my mortgage broker and insurance company were impressed by how informative she was, and how much she prepared us for what was to come. She stayed with us every step of the way, even coming to the closing to make sure every thing was correctly documented on the contract. Bethany is someone you can trust to be totally up front and transparent, and that is something hard to find.
