I could not possibly recommend Amanda more. To me, there's five things you want in an agent: to be knowledgeable about the market, to be on top of the details, to be thoughtful about process, to be pleasant to work with (including with other agents), and maybe the most important of all, to be patient. Amanda has all of those things in spades. She works extremely hard, she doesn't rush you into any decisions, and she's always willing to go out of her way and make time in her schedule to show you a property. She's also a straight shooter, and does a great job of not getting emotional about the properties you like to keep you grounded. Highly, highly recommend her.
