Knowledgeable and Fast!

Working with Kathy was a pleasure. I always had a good time talking with her about real estate. This was my first time buying a home and she answered all of my questions quickly and enthusiastically, evening telling me little tidbits that I didn't even know to ask. She always went out of her way to make herself available for tours regardless of the distance, something that I think is a must with how fast houses are selling in this current market! I wholeheartedly recommend Kathy to anyone looking to buy a home in the central florida area!

Don’t Chance Your Future With With Anyone Else!

It wasn’t by chance that we chose Kathy Ciaffone to be our realtor. We’ve heard about her expertise while living in Oviedo and I was convinced that she would be our realtor. Besides, her great reputation preceded her everywhere we went. People would comment about her diligence and expertise in the real estate market. So when we wanted to sell and buy, the choice was obvious. Why fool around with your investment? Choosing the wrong realtor could mean losing thousands of dollars and time. We sold and purchased two properties with Kathy and she never disappointed us! Thank you Kathy, we miss ya!

Kathy was not only professional..on time..anddilligant..she took her time to get to know what we needed.. Our purchase went through without any hiccups..We liked her so much she helped us successfully buy another one..

When I started working with Kathy, we were not really sure exactly what we were looking for and where we wanted to be. I dragged Kathy all over the area and even changed my mind a few times about what was acceptable. She never complained and was always very helpful, cheery, and willing to go the extra mile. When we found the perfect place, i happened to be out of town and she and my husband made a video of the whole place and sent it to me so that when I got back we could proceed very quickly. I would highly recommend Kathy and would certainly use her again.
