This was my first time buying a home and she answered all of my questions quickly and enthusiastically, evening telling me little tidbits that I didn't even know to ask. She always went out of her way to make herself available for tours regardless of the distance, something that I think is a must with how fast houses are selling in this current market! When I started working with Kathy, we were not really sure exactly what we were looking for and where we wanted to be. I dragged Kathy all over the area and even changed my mind a few times about what was acceptable. She never complained and was always very helpful, cheery, and willing to go the extra mile. When we found the perfect place, i happened to be out of town and she and my husband made a video of the whole place and sent it to me so that when I got back we could proceed very quickly.
