We have been working with Mike to find our first house. Mike has been great to work with when ever we have questions he was there to get us the answers we needed. Mike was so helpful in helping find us our first house to purchase and was great to work with always making sure the house we looked at had the things we were looking for. Our experience with this realtor was disappointing overall. Throughout the home-buying process, we felt there was very little guidance or support in helping us identify suitable properties or evaluate homes effectively. During showings, the realtor often appeared unfamiliar with important details about the properties and was unable to answer many of our questions confidently. Scheduling was also difficult, as availability for showings was not very flexible, which made an already stressful process more challenging. Additionally, there were multiple occasions where our offers or price ranges were laughed at or dismissed, which came across as unprofessional and discouraging rather than constructive. We were hoping for a realtor who would provide knowledgeable advice, strong communication, and a more collaborative approach throughout the process, but unfortunately that was not our experience.
