Mike was very professional in all communication with us and was very responsive to questions at all times of the day! When we wanted to put in an offer he was quick to send of the comps and help us put in a good offer that was accepted quickly. We had an amazing experience working with Mike Hamerski and truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor through the home-buying process. We started the process from Puerto Rico which could have been stressful, but Mike made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. Mike remembered our favorite styles, likes, and dislikes and made sure to point those characteristics out as we looked at our different options, even on virtual home tours. He took the time to walk us through every step, making sure we understood everything along the way. His communication was excellent, which gave us so much peace of mind being so far away. Mike is very knowledgeable and professional. He genuinely cares about his clients and we always felt supported and never rushed throughout the process. We couldn’t have asked for anyone more knowledgable, communicative, or patient. Mike is well-rounded, has a wealth of experience (from multiple angles within the industry) and, more importantly, he knows how to share it. He helped us buy our first home and was able to teach us a lot about homebuying in the process. If you want an agent that is going to honestly work with you to find what makes you happy, you are not going to find one better than Mike.

There was many many extra hoops and jumps to go over for buying my first house with Mike. Throughout all of it he was responsive and let me know what was needed as soon as he knew. Buying the house I now live in would have been nearly impossible as a single person working full time without the tireless work and communication from Mike. Beyond grateful for all the help he gave and how he gave it with a smile and cheerful attitude. If I need to buy a home a again I’ll be looking for Mike.

So great to work with! Responsive and very knowledgeable, she made the process easy and convenient. I liked that she wasn’t a pushy agent trying to stretch our budget more than what we were comfortable spending. She helped us purchase a home that fit our family’s needs, and assisted us in our first investment property.
