Johnathan helped my husband and I buy our new construction home. When we initially signed our contract, Johnathan helped us negotiate a $2,000 credit from the builder for designer upgrades. Throughout the construction of our home, Johnathan would periodically visit the property and check on items that needed to be completed as well as take updated pictures for us to share with family and friends. He attended the final two walkthroughs with us to ensure the builder addressed all our concerns. Having Johnathan on our side throughout the transaction was essential.
