We've worked with David several times, and he has helped us find properties, buy them and sell them. This review is about him listing and selling our house. Our house was not on the market, but we got approached by someone who wanted to buy it. We did not know what to do, so we called David. He gave us great advice about whether or not we should even sell, how much we should sell for, and whether we should try to sell it to this one buyer or market it more broadly. We decided to try to agree on a price with this one buyer. David helped negotiate the price and all the contract terms. He guided us through the whole process. He went above and beyond the call of duty when the buyer wanted to hold back some money due to inspection issues--he figured out a way to get us past that roadblock. We got the house sold fast, for a great price, and without any issues. All that is thanks to David! I highly recommend him.

David cares! He listens to what you want. He gives you tools to explore on your own and when you need him, he is there! He's responded to my texts and emails within minutes. If he was not available he gave me his partner's # He helped me buy and sell. He went out of his way to negotiate and was not to proud to ask for help when a more experienced broker could add to our situation. David is a genuine good guy and family man.
