Traci is an incredible realtor! She researches homes based on the area and type you like. She will show you any homes you want to see and will also Introduce you to more homes she’s found that she already vetted through to make sure they are similar to what you’re looking for. I looked for a house for over a year with another realtor and as soon as I switched to Traci my home buying experience was completely transformed. She asked my goal timeline and we hit it. She was very persistent with other realtors getting us in to see homes before they were on the market. She was also great about negotiating for us and advising us along the way as we were first time home buyers. I would recommend Traci to any and everyone. Mark is very knowledgeable in properly prepping and pricing the home for sale. He understands the process from purchase contract through the close of escrow. He knows how to keep the process moving. He knows how to market the home using excellent photographs and property description for the MLS. He responds immediately by phone, text, and email. We've worked with David several times, and he has helped us find properties, buy them and sell them. This review is about him listing and selling our house. Our house was not on the market, but we got approached by someone who wanted to buy it. We did not know what to do, so we called David. He gave us great advice about whether or not we should even sell, how much we should sell for, and whether we should try to sell it to this one buyer or market it more broadly. We decided to try to agree on a price with this one buyer. David helped negotiate the price and all the contract terms. He guided us through the whole process. He went above and beyond the call of duty when the buyer wanted to hold back some money due to inspection issues--he figured out a way to get us past that roadblock. We got the house sold fast, for a great price, and without any issues. All that is thanks to David! I highly recommend him.
