We have been in our home now for over a year and Traci still connects with me and checks how things are going. We did a new build home and moved to AZ from out of state. We had a time crunch, looking for a home over a 2 week visit to AZ. Traci was amazing! She is personable, professional, knowledgeable about the process and areas. She dedicated a lot of time to showing us many different areas around Phoenix, Scottsdale, Peoria and Glendale so we could see the areas and a lot of different types of home. I think we must have cleared her schedule but I never heard a complaint or frustration with our long days or not really knowing what we exactly were shopping for in a home, even tried to keep me in budget when I got stars in my eyes looking at something out of my range. When we did purchase, she was very knowledgeable, asked questions neither my husband nor I knew to ask, stayed in constant contact with the builder sales rep and I felt secure and happy in being able to give it to her to handle. Even a year later, looking back, I enjoyed my buying experience, would and HAVE recommended Traci to anyone I hear of looking to buy a home.

Traci is an incredible realtor! She researches homes based on the area and type you like. She will show you any homes you want to see and will also Introduce you to more homes she’s found that she already vetted through to make sure they are similar to what you’re looking for. I looked for a house for over a year with another realtor and as soon as I switched to Traci my home buying experience was completely transformed. She asked my goal timeline and we hit it. She was very persistent with other realtors getting us in to see homes before they were on the market. She was also great about negotiating for us and advising us along the way as we were first time home buyers. I would recommend Traci to any and everyone. Not only is she a great realtor but she is also a lovely person with a vibrant energy who will always make you smile and feel well taken care of. Thanks for all of your help Traci. I know we weren’t easy clients but you remained patient with us throughout the whole process and truly provided us with the best home buying experience.

Traci exceeded our expectations for a Real Estate Professional! She was very patient with my fiance and I, taking time to show us numerous properties. This was our first home purchase and she was very helpful in walking us through the process and helping us figure out what liked in different homes. She went the extra mile and then some. Traci was fabulous to work with! We live out of state and were selling my mother’s home in Arizona. She made the process as easy as possible even though it was long distance. She communicated with us every step of the way and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her!

Traci is the best of the best. Being from California and not knowing where to find our Arizona winter home Traci was the one the stepped up and provided the best service. Showing patience and care throughout the entire process knowing that we could have possibly been a year away from purchasing a home. She invested time in travel looking out for our best interest.
