Where do I start with David Pierce? Simply amazing home buying experience! David drove us around over 500 miles and over 25 properties until we found the right one. Along the way, he provided all kinds of real estate analysis and local info on all things Phoenix. There were some issues with the house we ended up liking. He helped us get quotes from service providers for the defects and got us price reduction as well as credits. He also helped us get a handyman who did quality work at a decent price. He also got us a home warranty paid for by the sellers. He was always there to answer our gazillion texts/calls at all hours of the day and night and that too in a very timely manner. He gave us great advice about whether or not we should even sell, how much we should sell for, and whether we should try to sell it to this one buyer or market it more broadly. We decided to try to agree on a price with this one buyer. David helped negotiate the price and all the contract terms. He guided us through the whole process. He went above and beyond the call of duty when the buyer wanted to hold back some money due to inspection issues--he figured out a way to get us past that roadblock.
