Right from the get go Melanie was on top of everything. I chose her from three realtors I had met with regarding the sale of my home. Melanie took the time to review and discuss projects which would benefit the sale and if needed she had someone to contact to get the job done from replacing the furnace to painting. Melanie also understood the process and number crunching involved to sell your home above market value. I felt cared for and listened to by someone who is very competent in her field.

Melanie came as a referral from an old friend of mine. The property in South Dennis belonged to my parents. After their deaths we decided to sell. Coming from Worcester County I did not know any realtors in the area. Melanie was very kind. She was understanding about the complexities of the situation and was knowledgeable about this being an estate sale. She was thorough and very detail orientated, provided guidance on how to prepare for the sale and brought us to the finish line. With COVID-19 restrictions, things were very complicated. Melanie was always keeping me updated on what was going on with restrictions and what was allowed and what was not allowed. She was honest and up front about how things needed to be staged in the house and offered her help with staging as well as providing a detailed list of vendors for different things that she used in the past. She would assist when I was in Worcester by opening up the house when someone needed to get in, always looping us in on where things stood. We sold the house for the list price and I am not sure I would have been able to do it without Melanie's expertise, patience and kindness. She is a lovely person as well as a outstanding Realtor! Our real estate lawyer commented that "Melanie was a Cracker Jack Realtor who knew her stuff!" No other statement could be truer! She knows her stuff and will work with you to get your house sold. If I was looking for a realtor on the Cape she would be the ONLY one I would call!
