This was our first time looking down the Cape and were not familiar with the Cape at all. We usually went to Maine, but wanted something closer to our house. Melanie (whom never had met us) did an incredible job presenting us many houses that day. She showed us all of the amenities around each and every listing. 87 Lewis Road was the last one we saw and we fell in love with. She was amazing during the negotiations and straight through to the closing. This is why we used her again when we decided to sell and buy another property down there. Melanie Cauchon is an incredibly knowledgeable, diligent realtor working for you and your interests! We found our dream beach house in Mid-Cape Cod. There were challenges with the seller being out of-the-country and with our bank. The bank was not experienced with beach property and and initially undervalued the property. Melanie jumped right into action. She researched similar properties within 500 feet of the ocean, shared detailed comps with the bank, and spoke directly with the bank and walked them through a more accurate version of the property value. The bank re-evaluated their property value based upon Melanie's knowledge and research, and revised their value of the property, which was tremendously helpful to us and our loan. Melanie professionally communicated and managed the real estate agent representing the out-of-country buyer. Melanie is direct and honest working with her clients, and is by far the BEST Realtor on Cape Cod!

Melanie went above and beyond in so many ways. The sellers (my elderly parents) required a great deal of extra attention and a variety of different types of personalized assistance.
