She was so gracious each time I sent her a listing we wanted to see and she worked her magic to get us into the house as soon as possible. We must’ve seen over 20 houses, and at each house Patti answered all of our questions and provided a plethora of information about the area and the schools. When we left town Patti even went back to one of the houses and FaceTimed us so we could see it again. I’m so thankful she took the time to do this for us because that is the house we ended up buying! During negotiations Patti was not pushy. She respected our opinion, put in our offer, and advocated and communicated on our behalf. To this day I still reach out to Patti whenever I have a question, and she always gets back to me with an answer. Patti started out as our realtor and has turned into our friend.
