Patti is an extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient realtor. We had 4 days to find a house and Patti was determined to help us find the right home. She was so gracious each time I sent her a listing we wanted to see and she worked her magic to get us into the house as soon as possible. We must’ve seen over 20 houses, and at each house Patti answered all of our questions and provided a plethora of information about the area and the schools. When we left town Patti even went back to one of the houses and FaceTimed us so we could see it again. I’m so thankful she took the time to do this for us because that is the house we ended up buying! During negotiations Patti was not pushy. She respected our opinion, put in our offer, and advocated and communicated on our behalf. To this day I still reach out to Patti whenever I have a question, and she always gets back to me with an answer. Patti started out as our realtor and has turned into our friend. I would highly recommend Jen if you are considering selling or buying a home! We found the home we wanted to purchase pretty easily but needed to sell our house quickly in order to close the deal. Jen knew we had a lot riding on the sale of our house and made our listing her top priority. She tirelessly held open houses both Saturday and Sundays for a month straight, answered my late night real estate questions and even was there for me when we were moving by calming my nerves (after we had already closed). Jennifer was awesome and so helpful! She was super-quick to respond to any call or text and was on top of our search the entire time. For example, she let us know the same day that the house we originally wanted fell out of escrow and got us to see it the very next day, when we were able to put an offer on it before anyone else.
