Gretchen was BEYOND amazing. I wish I could give her 100 stars!! She sold my house before it was done being repaired/renovated and it wasn't even listed on the market yet!! The entire process was made easy, understandable and enjoyable and that was ALL because of Gretchen. She guided us through what needed to be done, helped with recommendations and was a 5 star negotiator. I HIGHLY recommend Gretchen for anyone looking to buy or sell. You will be impressed with the results. I can't say enough positive about Gretchen - absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Thank you Gretchen!!

If you want to find the right home in a competitive market you want to work with Gretchen. She made sure we received notices when new properties came available and booked viewings right away. She also pre-screened listings so we could use our time wisely on the properties that met our criteria. She was a great negotiator during the offer process. We are now moving to our lakefront property thanks to Gretchen and her team.

Where do I begin? Patti is simply phenomenal. Her knowledge of Orlando is insanely deep, she's extremely accessible, she knows everyone... which goes a LONG way with things you never think of, it feels like she's always one step ahead, and... overall... she's just super helpful. I'm not one that normally writes a review. But, felt like our whole experience with Patti was so incredible... it was more than necessary.

Our experience was wonderful. Cannot say enough good things about working with Gretchen. Her communication is impressive, her demeanor so friendly and calm, and knowledge top notch.

We’ve relied on her for both buying and selling, and we’ll definitely call on her to buy again when the opportunity arises. Julie Arnold is on top of everything. She has the answer before one thinks to ask it and if she doesn't she is quick to find out. She is professional, yet warm and caring, all wrapped into one. I would recommend her to everyone. You will be happy you chose her!

Gretchen was great from the beginning to the end..She always answered my calls quickly and if she did not know the answer she got me one.Bubbly not afraid to stand up for what she believes in and stands behind her client always.

Patti and the entire eXp Realty team were excellent to work with. I cannot express my graditude enough. Most of the heavy lifting was done by Patti and made our entire experience as painless as possible. More importantly Patti followed up afterwards to check on us, see if we liked our purchase and to see if there was anything else that she could do to help. Service beyond reproach! We will gladly work with Patti and the eXp team if and when we move again. My wife and I highly recommend.
