Where do I begin? Patti is simply phenomenal. Her knowledge of Orlando is insanely deep, she's extremely accessible, she knows everyone... which goes a LONG way with things you never think of, it feels like she's always one step ahead, and... overall... she's just super helpful. I'm not one that normally writes a review. But, felt like our whole experience with Patti was so incredible... it was more than necessary.

I have been speaking Patti about buying a retirement home in Orlando area for the past 3 years. She is very pleasant and helpful anytime I call her about any of the properties she sent me everyday. Finally in early 2020, my wife and I became very serious about buying a home in Central Florida. We flew from Boston, MA to Orlando to meet with Patti for the first time and our experiences with her has been very pleasant. Patti took us around to see available houses for sales for 2 days but did not fine what we are looking for. We left but continue to search for the home of our homes and I saw one in Windermere, FL and ask Patti to check it out. She did and told us that this is the type of house we are looking for, and we relied on Patti expertise and advice without even seeing the house physically due to the rise of Covid-19 in Orlando area. She was there for us for the Inspection, Appraisal and closing of the property on August 12, 2020 when we closed the house, all based on our trust and confidence in Patti Merrik's advice, skills and knowledge. Patti is an extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient realtor. We had 4 days to find a house and Patti was determined to help us find the right home. She was so gracious each time I sent her a listing we wanted to see and she worked her magic to get us into the house as soon as possible. We must’ve seen over 20 houses, and at each house Patti answered all of our questions and provided a plethora of information about the area and the schools. When we left town Patti even went back to one of the houses and FaceTimed us so we could see it again. I’m so thankful she took the time to do this for us because that is the house we ended up buying! During negotiations Patti was not pushy. She respected our opinion, put in our offer, and advocated and communicated on our behalf. To this day I still reach out to Patti whenever I have a question, and she always gets back to me with an answer. Patti started out as our realtor and has turned into our friend.
