As first time homebuyers, we had no idea where to start. Luckily we were referred to Nelson. From the initial meeting, Nelson got right into figuring out our visions, interests, and goals. Once it was time to start the search, Nelson was there every step of the way. We quickly found the home we wanted, and Nelson was there to help us lock it in. Even though there were some hiccups on the builders part, Nelson made the experience and enjoyable one and fought every step of the way for us. Thanks to him we got a free upgrade on the house! I highly recommend Nelson as he will provide such a personable and fun home search for anyone. He will also advocate for you and have your best interest at heart. Thank you again, Nelson!

I had the pleasure of working with Nelson Cruz on a recent transaction and I couldn't recommend a better seller's agent. 😀 Nelson was prompt in his responses, looked out for the best interests of his client while still being reasonable, and kept the process moving quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Central Florida.
Nelson was a true pleasure to work with in the search for our home. His dedication to understanding our needs and seeking out properties that met them was a blessing.
