Nelson is a true professional. I let Nelson know when we first spoke that I only wanted to view a home, and probably was not going to buy anything. This did not discourage Nelson, and he promptly set up the viewing and met my family and I at the house the next day. We fell in love with the home and Nelson quickly got to work getting us pre-approved and laying out what our negotiating strategy would be. His market knowledge was proven as the Seller accepted our offer and concessions on the first round. Nelson recommended a great home inspector who noted various items that needed to be addressed in the home. Despite the pushback from the Seller's agent, Nelson continued to fight for us and got every item we requested repaired! Nelson added nothing but value throughout the entire process. On the day of the final walkthrough, Nelson anticipated our need, surprised us and invited his painter contact over to the home to provide a quote (the quote was hundreds of dollars lower than the competitors and they did a great job!). Most importantly, Nelson is a great person. You can tell he has a genuine personality who cares about his clients beyond the transaction. We have formed a bond that will continue beyond Real Estate.
