I've known Bob for more than 20 years, and in that time I've seen him help our friends buy and sell numerous homes - so when it finally came time for us to buy our first home, there was no doubt who we were going to get to help us! Robert--I called him Bobby-- was recommended by a friend, and I am SO GRATEFUL. At 77, I realized I didn't need and could not properly care for my big 2 story house in Diamond Bar. I had a tentative offer, but Bobby got me much more, a larger move-out allowance, and an earlier closing date. He recommended a fair appraiser, too. Through the sale process he guided me at every turn with the volume of paperwork for the sale, which has doubled in the 30+ years since our original purchase. He was patient, prompt, and good-humored at all times. I am so grateful for Bobby's help with this complicated and important transaction!! He has my strongest recommendation.
