Lisa and Robert handled our parents' home in 2021, and the place needed some work to maximize returns to the estate. They were very easy to work with, and we handled everything via email after two F2F meetings. Didn't try to upsell any of their services, but instead listened what we needed. Even amid supply chain slow-downs and COVID obstacles, the home was sold on time and $20k over the asking price. They did a great job for us.

Robert and Lisa are a great team they walked us through the whole process, very family oriented. Our finances weren’t perfect but they gave us the tools we needs to get it into shape. All of this was in the middle of 2020 and we definitely couldn’t have done it without them. Highly recommended!!!

I can’t brag enough about how I was able to come across such an amazing deal, at an amazing price, and still in the area I wanted to live! Robert and his team worked with me from start to finish to find the house I wanted. I didn’t grow up in the US and was totally clueless to all of the ins and outs of home buying. Robert made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Even over a year after closing, when I had questions on a foundation warranty- they made the time to reach out and help me. I discovered that if it had not been for Robert making sure I had signed up for the transfer of the warranty I would not have had it!! Fantastic team work with!! Both Robert and Lisa were able to quickly get numerous homes lined up to look at and get me in to look at them. Didn't take long to get the home I wanted and being a first time home buyer it can be a lot to take in and go over. They took the time to walk me through my Veteran benefits and how everything worked every step of the way which gave me peace of mind and made things a lot easier. Robert and Lisa are amazing! They helped me sell two houses, each in 7 days. Not only did they help me with selling a few homes, they have also helped me with connecting me with an a/c repair company and recently helped me replace the hot water heater that busted during the winter storm.
