Usually finding what to say for a review is difficult. Not with Lisa Martin. We have used Lisa and Robert before and they never disappoint. I started working with Robert and Lisa a year before we sold. On my first visit to their office I was greeted with a private conference room meeting, their undivided attention (during a very busy 2021 real estate boom) and a full report of comps and listings in the area we were selling. I used their services for upgrades to remodel to the condo - paint, new wood floors, bathrooms and kitchen repairs, etc. They always communicated and were upfront and honest about costs and timing from the start of demo to getting the condo on the market. The end result was better than I could have imagined. The 30 year old space looked completely fresh and new. We sold for over the asking price in just under two weeks from when the condo listed. I could not have asked for a better experience and I couldn't be happier with the process and service they provided. First class team from beginning to close.
