Great - Clients always first

Robert helped me lease an apartment in Irving, TX. I was showing him the unit right before I moved in and he caught an issue with the unit before I moved in. He carefully reviewed my lease and made sure I was transferred into a better unit without hassle. If you’re renting, buying, or selling in the Dallas area, Robert and Lisa are the team to call. Tuvimos una excelente experiencia trabajando con Robert y Lisa de MRA Realtors. Vender nuestra casa en el área de Bishop Arts fue un desafío. La propiedad necesitaba reparaciones, tuvimos que enfrentar una situación con ocupantes ilegales y recibimos docenas de ofertas muy bajas, algunas más de $100,000 por debajo de nuestro precio inicial. Robert intervino y manejó la situación de los ocupantes ilegales de manera decisiva y profesional, algo que nunca hubiéramos podido resolver por nuestra cuenta. Durante todo el proceso, Robert y Lisa se mantuvieron tranquilos, estratégicos y profesionales. We had an excellent experience working with Robert & Lisa at MRA Realtors.

Selling our home in the Bishop Arts area was challenging. The property needed work, we dealt with a squatter situation, and we received dozens of very low offers, some more than $100,000 below our original asking price. Robert stepped in and managed the squatter situation decisively and professionally, something we never could have navigated on our own. Robert and Lisa stayed calm, strategic, and professional throughout the entire process. When the market shifted, they guided us through a price reduction and ultimately negotiated a seller-financed deal that worked for everyone involved. This was a true win-win, and we could not have done it without their experience and persistence. We have worked with them on multiple transactions and trust them completely.
