We live in the state of Washingtom, our Mom lives in Texas. She has moved to assisted living and needed to sell her home. We flew down to get the process started. We had no idea which realtor to use. Based on ratings in Google, we placed a call to Robert at MRA Realtors. I'm so glad we did! He and his partner Lisa, came to the house within an hour. We shared information and discussed next steps. We had to fly back home in 2 days so Lisa agreeded to start the process and would work with us via emails and texts messages. We had to do an estate sale to clear the house before we could put it on the market. We arranged for that to take place. We were so fortunate that it was a huge success and 90% of the house was cleared. After it was done, Lisa took over and made arrangements to clear the house of what was left. She worked with various organazations, donation sites, ect... and successfully cleared the house. She truely went above and beyond to help us!!! We can not thank her enough! We then went about making the house ready for sale. I found a cleaning company. Lisa met them at the house, let them in and ensured the work got done. She then work with her photographer to get the pictures done. They did an absolutely great job on those pictures! They were beautiful! Although all of our communications were with Lisa, I know Robert was always in the backround helping her. They seem to be a really good team of 2. Unbelievably, they put the house on the market on a Friday, and we received a full, cash offer on Monday. We highly recommend Lisa and Robert at MRA Realtors! Thank you guys so VERY much!!
