When I met Don Sembera twenty some odd years ago I never gave a thought to needing his services. After all, I had just built my forever, dream home and was never going to leave. Well, life surprises you with changes. When discussing my desire to sell my property with my closest friends who were also considering selling, they indicated they were going to engage Don and it would be in my best interest to talk with him. I will be forever grateful for the recommendation and the experience. I've never met a real estate agent like Don. He has extraordinary of knowledge of the luxury market ( I had no experience ) which was extremely useful in guiding my preparation to sell my home. He helped me understand what clients would be expecting and how to execute enhancing changes. When a difficult and stressful issue arose requiring the use of an attorney, Don's past experiences and communications with the attorney helped bring about a satisfactory conclusion for both parties. His negotiation skills came through when the buyer made the decision to purchase the originally offered three pieces of property instead of two. This was a much hoped for conclusion! There was never a time when Don did not have time to offer support when I had difficulties making decisions or explaining things numerous times to ensure I understood. It is evident that Don loves his job in the way he works with, gets to know and cares for his clients. I would not hesitate to engage Don again or highly recommend him to anyone.
