Greg Walling is a pro's pro. We seem to have a habit of loving a house and then leaving it (and by that I mean Greg helps us find it, we renovate it with our long-time builder, and then we start to want to do that process all over again somewhere else, and Greg just rolls with it which is awesome. He is so measured and thoughtful in his approach. Whenever we venture into an open house and share with the listing or covering agent that Greg is our realtor, the response from that agent - regardless of the firm - is one of immediate warmth and genuine respect for Greg and that always speaks volumes.
