Kris was an incredible agent to work with! He made the process of buying a home in FL from NJ incredible easy. I was not able to be there in person and I 100% felt I could truly rely on him for all of my needs. He went above and beyond to keep me informed in the process and to explain everything to me. He was able to look at listings for me the same day I sent them to him, which is crucial in this market. He always gave me his honest feedback on the homes and included comments such as how the temperature of the room felt, which I wouldn't have known otherwise. Kris is very observant and definitely cares way more about his clients than he does about making a sale. He was able to pick up on indicators about the safety of certain neighborhoods, and alerted me to them. This really put me at ease and made me feel safe. He also put together detailed videos of every house he went to visit. This was so much more effective than FaceTiming, because I was able to rewatch the videos and truly retain what I was seeing. He is very patient, kind, caring and well spoken. I never had any issue getting in contact with him and he was always happy to help. His knowledge of the market came in handy with helping me put together offers. Kris is a genius and suggested making a video introducing myself to the sellers, which won them over and persuaded them to accept my offer.
