When Kris and I first met he arrived prepared with comps in the area. He provided guidance and support throughout the entire selling process. He had great recommendations and contacts to resolve minor repairs. He ensured all work was performed as scoped and met with contractors to perform the work. Kris' knowledge on today's real estate market is spot on. From market value to marketing your property is top notch. I list my property on friday and over the weekend I received multiple offers. From the moment we listed our place with Kris we were happy with every step. He got pictures & videos done so quickly and had them posted on multiple social media platforms within a couple of days. We also had a challenging situation w/the showing of the home and gate access, but Kris made that process go very smooth. We were pleasantly shocked that we had multiple offers within the first weekend and Kris worked diligently to maximize every offer wether it be for the sale of some of the furniture pieces or getting the price up with an appraisal clause. He was very quick on finding solutions and we of course would use him again when buying or selling a home. We would also refer him to anyone we know due to his great work ethic and his passion for his job. He was a great pleasure to work with!!
